At Simon Diamond Inc, we take pride in offering authentic luxury watches and fine jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible online purchases only.
Returns (Online Purchases Only)
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased through our website.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In original condition – unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
